Mike Adolph is the founder of NM Sunshine Real Estate & Investments, serving Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and surrounding New Mexico markets. As an Associate Real Estate Broker, Mike works closely with Simply Real Estate NM, his Qualifying Broker, and brings a disciplined, analytical, and results-driven approach to real estate. Mike's deep roots as a Native New Mexican, his understanding of New Mexico’s market dynamics, combined with decades of experience operating in a high-accountability environment, provides clients with a level of professionalism and trust that is sought after in the industry.

Prior to entering real estate, Mike spent 26 years with the United States Federal Courts as a United States Probation Officer in the District of New Mexico. In that role, he worked directly with federal judges, federal prosecutors, defense counsel, and various local, state, federal and tribal law enforcement agencies. His career required independent judgment, strict ethical standards, and the ability to address matters with precision and discretion.

Mike now applies that same framework to real estate. His background allows him to guide clients through transactions with clarity, structure, and confidence. Whether working with homeowners, first-time buyers, or real estate investors, Mike focuses on long-term value, informed decision-making, and believes successful real estate transactions are built on preparation, transparency, and sound judgment. His mission is to deliver real estate guidance that is disciplined, strategic, and always aligned with his clients’ best interests.
